Rental Policies
The following is a concise guest reference. Reservation terms should be confirmed at the time of booking.
Minimum Age
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Reservation Deposit
A one-night deposit is generally required to hold a standard reservation. Long-term stays use different deposit terms.
Balance Due
Standard reservation balances are generally charged 21 days before arrival. Longer stays may have earlier payment requirements.
Check-In
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests arriving after office hours should coordinate with the property.
Occupancy
Occupancy limits are enforced according to the condo size and the maximum occupancy listed for the unit.
Smoking & Conduct
Smoking, vaping and disruptive behavior are not permitted where prohibited by property rules.
Quiet Hours
Guests should keep noise and music down during nighttime quiet hours.
Grilling
Grilling is not permitted on condo balconies. Guests should use the designated grilling area near the pool.
