Unit 507
DIRECT BEACHFRONT · Floor 5
Overview
You will love this 1 bed/ 1 bath 5th-floor cozy condo. You will have a really close and direct view of our beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico. In fact, with the full-size sliding balcony glass door, you’ll have a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean from the living room, dining room, or even kitchen! Wow! 507 has been remodeled and updated and completely furnished with everything you’ll need for a great vacation. We love our pets and we welcome yours too, (you’ll even find a couple of dog bowls). We also furnish our guest's beach towels, umbrellas, mats, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a small cooler for your stay. Of all the things to do on SPI, we probably love our balcony the most. Watching the sunrise, listening to the waves, reading, and just relaxing - We love it! You will feel right at home in the tropical relaxed atmosphere of our updated beachy treasure. We are real beach lovers and spend as much time as possible under the umbrella right in front of our condo. The short walk to Wanna Wanna beach bar for music, Pina Coladas, or a bite to eat is one of the things that makes this the best part of the Island. Of course, you can't beat time spent in the hot tub watching the waves roll in. We also love to fish, so when we visit we'll bring our boat. Fishing the Laguna Madre is really special, we'll take our speckled trout and redfish fillets to Blackbeards for Dirty Al's and they will prepare it just the way you like! Come feel the sea breeze at Seabreeze Beach Resort. We are right on the beach!H.O.T PERMIT 2023-0784
