Unit 106
Beachfront · Floor 1
Overview
This condo is a beautiful ground floor villa style condo located in a prime spot. Corner south building, just off the pool and with a direct stunning patio view of our beautiful S. Padre Island beaches and our blue Gulf. We feel our condo is the perfect couples retreat, just steps to the two beachfront pools and hot tub. Because our condo is a corner unit you will enjoy an additional full-size floor to ceiling window with pool/beach view from inside your condo, it really widens out our condo. We enjoy just relaxing both at the pool and our patio, people watching, surfing the net (FREE WIFI), and reading a good book. We love going for long walks on the beach (You never know what you'll find), and spending time with new and old friends in the hot tub. We love the restaurants on the Island, so many great choices but Blackbeard's is our favorite. Check out Parrots Eyes for bird watching and a late afternoon refreshment. We do love our pets but I'm sorry to say that this condo does NOT allow pets. Of course, like all the condos at Seabreeze beach resort, our condo is fully furnished and recently tastefully re-furnished and decorated. For a great Island/beach getaway vacation, our condo will both relax and excite you! Come feel the sea breeze at Seabreeze Beach Resort!H.O.T PERMIT 2023-0746
